The next Supreme Court justice could have a major impact on the future of affirmative action. The Trump administration on Tuesday rolled back Obama-era guidelines that encouraged schools to consider race as a factor in admissions. The Justice Department will now promote what is called a "race-neutral" approach. Paula Reid reports.

Asians like me are heavily discriminated in college/university applications there was 160 points taking away for us to be an average applicant

Affirmative action needs to be abolished. People should be selected (hired/promoted) based on merit - not skin color.
