CAA supports Building the Evidence Base

CAA National is committed to building the evidence base for chiropractic and building the capability of the academic workforce in Australia. We are doing this through our PhD scholarships, the funding of research, the re-invigoration of the Chiropractic Journal of Australia, partnerships both here in Australia and overseas, and through the support of individuals to attend educational events. Independent research is crucial to the future of the profession and this is in part being achieved through our scholarship program; ultimately, the profession will need to understand the interpretation and application of research to practice and importantly the role in competency development of practitioners. Australia has a great part to play here and the CAA is pleased to be an initiator and supporter of research and the profession.
