EaganMatrix Resyntheis Test #5 - Osmose Control of Custom Additive Banks

Here's a short little test/comparison vs. Test #4 where I connect an Osmose to the Continuum over Midi DIN-TRS and play the same Additive configuration as in Test #4, only here I'm only playing the first Additive Bank of 10 sets and using Pressure Glide of a 5th on Osmose with not formant change on Y (gives a better sonic comparison with the Continuum when no Y is imposed as Continuum can control Y much more finely than Osmose). Note that the Additive Resynthesis functions are running on the Continuum here as this requires DSP firmware 10.38 or later. Osmose is playing the Continuum but once Osmose supports the function the same kind of thing done here can be natively supported on the Osmose.

So every time I retrigger a note on Osmose a new random additive set (in set range 1-10 loaded in Additive BankA) will be played on Continuum with all the legato phrasing after that imposed with pressure glide. Without the glide, every note played with trigger a new additive set. SO to play the sets polyphonically on Osmose in this case I need to make sure notes are triggered more than a 5th apart. While you can't get the same level of fine phrase control as on the Continuum, Osmose can with pressure glide certainly impose a large degree of its own expressive control.

Amazing, both sound and control. Is it clear when these new features will be available for Osmose?
