I agree that a thumb throttel is better than twist for me. Riding a scooter with smaller tires, even with suspension, really reveals how unlevel and cracked our streets are.

Hey just a little tip to help with riding scooters you have lower your center of gravity for better control and especially to put more weight on the tires when taking off. Awesome video and scooter tho👍

I think the reason why your stem was wobbling back and forth is because the barrel nut that locks the stem in place was not tightened properly

In the settings of the inmotion app, you can change the acceleration on the front to 30% and rear keep it on 50% so your front tire doesn't skid/spin out/lose traction when you throttle it, until you learn to lean forward and put all your weight on the front tire when full throttling.

You’re doing a great job! On a scooter I think it’s ok to have power but doing 100kph=62.137 mi/hr is to fast.
35kph to 45kph is the sweet spot Downtown, you’re going faster than the average car and bicycle! 50 to 60kph…
Hopefully you have a drivers license for the rules of the road and the appropriate gear.
The more time spent riding the better you get at riding over potholes speed bumps and around awkward corners to name a few.

And yessir free riding through the city is a must im on and off road on a regular when I had the kaabo wolf GTpro it was a great curb jumper the inmotion rs is a little on the low side for that but that handling felt so great I didn't bother to raise the deck and I tried to stay more on the street

Learning to modulate the twist throttle takes a few rides but it's a bit nicer feel than the trigger throttle.

twist throttle was the wrong choice for this tbh, but you can ride one handed I dont recommend it until youre extremely comfortable but you can do it
