How to stop disc brake noise - shudder

Sometimes, it's not the caliper, pads or rotors that cause all the racket. If it's a resonance issue, it needs to be dealt with by balancing throughout the frame. Or Dan's sweet touch. Maybe both. By placing some weights (lead balancing weights from a tire shop) on the seat stays, you can help to get rid of that shudder.
