I pulled my transmission and shipped it to No Zone diesel owned by Dmitry Mallard. $600 shipping there and back and installed it myself. Built for 750HP 2 years at 650HP no problems.

I had this issue with a 750HP trans from duramax tuner, it had shifting issues from the beginning. I complained to them for a whole year and did every check they asked me to do. They took the trans back tore it down and said nothing was wrong. Well 20, 000 miles later the trans was smoked, duramax tuner would not back up their product and I was forced to buy another built trans. I ended up going with Inglewood trans 1000HP transmission been running strong, shifting correctly since install. I will dog on duramax tuner all day because I told them something was wrong with the trans for almost two years…..piss poor integrity.

I live in PA, marks shop is a 9 and a half hour drive for me and I will sure in the hell be making the drive to have my trans built even if I gotta wait a year I’ll let the truck sit, just the way he talks you can tell he really does know his shit

TCS makes a billet C2 clutch hub. Im not sure if thats the same as the drum or if that can fix the hardness issue

Guys this is the truck that I asked for help in how the world it went from a C3500 to a K3500 with the floor shift transfer case. I so need to convert mine over here in Central Pennsylvania! And now I'm having issues with it running without the EGR here. Just finally got it back with the new engine and was to be wiring harness swap over. I still need a low miles engine bay complete wiring harness setup. And for it to stop going into limp pulling any thing behind it. Sucks.

I know an owner of transmission repair shop that has been into a few of another rebuilder of high performance transmissions.This company says they put in upgrades and do not, This shop found stock parts put in them.This owner has heard of Kodiak truck

Josh you should make that your next video. Stock trans coolers vs upgraded trans coolers for gm/ford/dodge. All years of these diesel trucks. Cause I have a 2010 f250 w/ 6.4l powerstroke that needs a trans and I was thinking about upgrading the trans cooler too.

I had mine rebuilt in decatur il by ss transmission and i would never do that again took them 6 vists 2 converters 6k and 4 months with out my truck and got it back with the drive shaft smashed on the end and it was a brand new drive shaft be aware guys the place i took it "built" allisons all the time after it was all said and done the trans was great but i dont belive he built it like he said. Now i have a 2015 denalli with the 6.2l gas motor and the 8 speed trans so ill be needing a rebuild on that soon because the 8 speeds are garbage. Rant over good content though man keep up the great work

Mark and his shop and Ryan’s diesel Service is like a dream shop every time I take my truck to a shop I cringe and cross my fingers because I know it’s a 50-50 chance I’m gonna get fucked I just had my Allison transmission replaced four times because of the junk transmissions they kept putting in 🤦🏻‍♂️ a good shop is worth it’s weight in gold!!!

And following up on the last comment by @haskellburks, I'm located in the Los Angeles area and while I don't imminently need my Allison gone through, I curious whether there is an association of transmission builders locally that really know their stuff. I'd love to get to Wisconsin when I need mine fixed but I'm 2000 miles away. Any recommendations regarding an individual with Mark's expertise in the Los Angeles area? Thanks for any light you can shed on this.
