CHEAP CARIBBEAN IS THE WORST!

This is my story time on how Cheap Caribbean didn't want to refund me on a trip due to the Covid-19 pandemic.... just horrible.

Never ever ever ever ever book flights as a package anywhere or with any company. Book flights separately directly with the airline. I learned this lesson with cheapoair

I've used them 3-4 times without an issue, but I believe this story. It's such a risk. Wish there was a more fool proof way to travel to the Caribbean.

These companies give you the runaround because you’re not booking directly through a company or a hotel in Mexico these all inclusive vacations are paid through different contractors so that’s why it makes it harder for people to get money back or to speak to anybody in charge because realistically it’s like 4 5 groups in charge

This was when corona virus just hit so the situation is all fucked ur everywhere..


But I’m thinking now with everything basically back opened from the borders to Las Vegas etc etc etc

Proper guidelines are up so ima give it a shot and see how it goes




This was a bad experience for her because
It was a refund problem due to a pandemic


Not a scam or a bad issue when it came to hotels, planes

I had the same issue with the borders shutting down they give you a credit good until Dec 2021 they didn’t issue refunds. Most insurance is 3rd parties and you are correct you have to read the fine lines because they don’t really pay out.

If You use almost all the brands of APPLE LEISURE GROUP, specially cheap caribbean, they are going yo cover for a fee or many fees, I know that because I was an agent of ALG, I attended Southwest, United, Apple and Funjet, and most of process are hard 😤😤😤, I understand, but is according and waiting for supervisors' approval, also most of clients are so rude.

They are the worst and I will never use them again and wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. They don’t care about this pandemic. They won’t give me or my friends money back

I've used tthem for years for DR and Jamaica all inclusive. Also from NYC. Won't be using them again

Having Problems with them now for a refund. Getting a run around keep hearing that someone will get back to me🙄 anyone have accounting number??

Wow!!! I have been using them for years never had a problem I even had to reschedule a trip once and there was still no problem😬
