Thanks for your usueful video. DOAJ is a baic collection which is unique in its genre. But I aks myself the reason why they don't have yet created a National Emergency Library as to make temporary available to all the Internet users their whole collection of paper and scientific reviews.

Actually they are available for full-text view consultation uniquely to academic libraries and research centers whi have to pay ana annual fee, . As for having a meter of comparison, the Internet Archive has made public the full digital collection of more th one milion catalogues.
It will be responsability of the single users and reaers not to make a back-up on archive.is or in sme of their personal websites disitrubted (out of) the Internet.
