Even with sequentially impotent governments in Maharashtra for last several years, it is surprising to see Pune at the forefront of commercial property demand.

Pune, the IT capital of Maharashtra, the industrial hub since 1960s struggles to have a full time airport.

Pune is constantly plagued with traffic jams caused due to incessant infrastructure works that are timed to benefit the people in power.

It is such a pain to drive in Pune and yet the city fights. The people keep fighting the traffic, the poor infrastructure, total disregard from governments.

These may not be new leases. A Majority is just renewables. So it's not always new jobs.
