Toni if you want the best tips for your clothes to smell really really nice, try this: when the washing cycle is at rince, add more fabric softener (like 2 caps) in the washer while it gets filled with water than let the machine mix everything together for a little bit (1-2 minutes) and stop it. Let your clothes soak for an hour and restart the machine to finish the washing cycle. I use this for when I wash the beds or curtains and sometimes for clothes too.
