Im using progressive lens and they are absolutely comfortable and fantastic. Only thing is you got to buy wide view lens and you should know how to use them then you will never regret them or have any discomfort. Most of the people don't know how to use them properly.

Several things about this video that should be pointed out. First of all as a former optician if a person is prescribed with progressives I do agree that they need their eyes to adjust to their glasses before driving with their new glasses. But at the same time if they have been wearing their glasses for even several hours their eyes should have at least be somewhat adjusted to their glasses to the point that driving without glasses could be more unsafe than driving with their glasses. I think in most cases people's eyes are able to adjust for distances withing just a couple hours of wearing their glasses. Also you gave no warning at all about going up and down steps wearing progressives which has been the cause of people taking some very nasty falls. I thing this is a much more serious issue than their ability to see well enough to drive wearing their new progressives.

It maybe a good idea to make another video for 2020 including these things.

I've just received my second pair in 5 weeks. 1st pair was returned as the NEW progressive layout didn't allow for the top part as near sighted, the middle for computer, and bottom for reading! 2nd pair, are EXACTLY the same after requesting, for a second time, to please revert back to my original pair from a year or so ago. The only reason I ordered a second pair, my pet scratched them, and it drove me crazy after a while. NOT sure, what to do now!! The 2nd pais are the same as those 3 weeks ago, the ones I returned...😒😒

I love how the video ends with "HERE FOR ALL YOUR EYEWEAR NEEDS" lolll For me, it went more like "NONE OF YOUR EYEWEAR NEEDS"...
I ordered a pair of designer Armani frames with progressive lenses, from them. IN HINDSIGHT, I was never asked for any type of measurements, or to upload a headshot with a card beside my face, none of that, just my prescription. They arrived and the placement of the lenses is off, like as in the part where I actually can SEE looking forward is to far down, so raeder part is even worse. I literally have to take my hand and hold them up to see good. I tried the hot water, bending the ends, their enclosed solutioin to insuring the "Perfect" fit. I bet they include that information from past experiences, you think?? Well, it didn't work for me, it does not affect the HEIGHT of the lenses so much.

I tried to chat with customer service to ask if maybe they could send me a pair of nose pads, since I noticed they sell NO ACCESSORIES. The chat bot said they cant help me bc I ordered premium frames, which cost me OVER $300. Now, if I had ordered "HOUSE" frames, they could have put me on a waiting list for their "spare parts kit", which is out of stock, I guess they send out alot of them. Wonder WHY?? If I was eligible, I would simply enter my email address, and they would have been sure to reply to my EMAIL when they are back in stock, so I can waste more time by contacting them again request that they actually send it.

In my case, I can feel free to hold them with hand so I can actually SEE my computer screen. My boss will have to understand my steep decline in performance. There's a learning curve phase for typing with just one hand. Thanks, GlassesUSA!! Your "team" really knows how to insure customer satisfaction with their purchase! Their glasses are NOT that much cheaper, if any, from your local eyecare center. You will discover this during the checkout phase of any order you place. Wait until you see the clever way they apply the discounts they advertise, such as their current 65% OFF your first frame. Now, don't make the mistake of thinking that actually MEANS 65% off of the price YOU SEE listed. Do the math, THEN choose your add-ons like LENSES, which are advertised to be INCLUDED?? They aren't REALLY inclusive. I almost didnt buy these glasses because of that little trick, but I was IN LOVE with the frames, which I am now returning. I have decided to do business with my local AMERICAS BEST, where I can walk in and they will MAKE SURE my glasses fit properly BEFORE I leave with them. Call me too demanding and unreasonable, but I really would like TO SEE out of my new pair of glasses.

I would have probably just BOUGHT nose pads from GlassesUSA, but I noticed their slogan of "FOR ALL YOUR EYECARE NEEDS" is slightly overstated. They sell frames and lenses. NO accessories of any kind are to be found, and insuring a good FIT soo that your new glasses actually improve your vision, that is just is not a priority. Any needed adjustments are the sole responsibility of the customer. If for some reason, you can't see well out of your new glasses, they can MAYBE put you on a waiting list for a kit that could help you to make adjustments, but be sure to buy HOUSE frames.

OH, and after you complete your purchase, while you're waiting for your new glasses to arrive in the mail, it is advisable you IMMEDIATELY begin practicing typing, writing and driving with ONE HAND, BOTH right and left. You may find this very useful in the near future. Oh well, ... Lesson Learned, ?? CHECK... √√

Just got mine and they're pretty bad, everything is double vision and took for ever to get them, going ask for a refund!

You have to be like an owl and constantly turn your head to see clearly, peripheral vision is blurry. They are virtually useless for computer usage.

Absolutely horrible service. Ordered my glasses on November 27th and still in production. Continue to advise express shipping is 3-5 days. I have overseen supply chain for 25+ years. If they are being produced in the USA you would have next day service.

Get used to progressive lenses....buy lined bifocals way better
