Minimalist Interchangeable Belts | GRIP6

There's always been 3 issues with belts. You have all these holes but you only use one of them, you have a big flap hanging off the side, and the belt buckle usually sticks out under your shirt.

The military webbing we make for our belts is rated at over 2,500 pounds. The buckle that goes with it is an aerospace grade aluminum that we actually make ourselves in our shop. The strap and buckle come apart extremely easy and you can mix and match anything that you want, so you can make almost 1,000 belt and buckle combinations.

Ok, so I have been using a Grip6 belt for 3 weeks now. I have been through a lot of belts over the years and have found that it's worthwhile to spend the money on a good belt. I have had everything from $7 flea market belts to $70 Italian leather belts. You truly get what you pay for. With that said, I really like the Grip6 belt. I bought one for myself and one for my son who has an allergy to nickel found in most belt buckles. I love the fit and adjustability. No more trying to find the right hole for the perfect fit. No more having 6 inches of belt hanging off my waist. It doesn't appear to slip off as easily as I have seen in some videos, but I'm ok with that. I purchased the 2 belts over Christmas while they had a 25% off promotion running. I accidentally ordered without putting in the promo code for the discount and contacted them about it and was refunded the discount amount the same day! Great service there. The only peeve I had with the ordering process has nothing to do with Grip6 but with Customs coming into Canada. They charged an extra $25 when my order arrived. It happens sometimes depending on the shipping method used. So now that I've had a chance to use the belt for awhile, I can honestly say it's the best belt I have ever owned. I will be ordering one or two more soon if I can determine that I won't get hammered with customs fees. Great product! I may have to do a proper review of this belt.

Why are so many of you bashing on this guy? He sounds like a smart guy that took an everyday object like the belt and made it better. Engineers, musicians, mechanics, software designers ect ect are usually bad with communication and words. This dude doesn't need to to speak like he's running for president or anything. He made a new design for belts that hopefully replaces the stupid flap and hole ones we use. Pay attention to what he did and not how he talks you trolls.
