MCDC took a Lions team that was 4-19-1 and went 8-2 down the stretch.... and blew the Jags and the Giants out of the water.

Cinci overcame an 0-2 start, no hangover, had wins over KC Bal Tampa Miami and was leading Buf before the Hamlin situation, which he also dealt with gracefully, was the only AFCN team to perform to expectation and ultimately won a division that was supposed to be crazy (with a fierce BAL fighting until the end), and Taylor doesn't even get mentioned. The crazy part is that I can understand why, the choices make sense. It was a crazy year for good coaching lol

Not saying he should be in the top 5 but the Vikings 1st year head coach Kevin O'Connell did a pretty good job. Once he gets a decent defensive coordinator in place the Vikings will be good to go.

Really, it's between Daboll, Campbell and Pederson for me. I mean, we can make the statement for all those coaches but those three are the big ones cuz they completely turned Giants, Lions and Jaguars around, the three shittiest teams for such a long time. Sirianni isn't too far behind but Eagles never been bad as the Giants, Lions and Jags to me at least

Obviously I'm biased but OConnell not being mentioned is a bit weird. I know he's a first year coach but to mention Daboll over him? Did anybody expect the Vikings to be as good with a whole new regime? With that being said, Dan Campbell has my vote.

You can't knock Dougie P for having an all star cast and then not give the same nod to Kyle. If anything, one of those 3 QB changes doesn't count as a handicap to work through, because if Lance hadn't gotten hurt, we wouldn't be having this conversation. SF would have been lucky to go .500. Leaving off Pete was a crime that even the groaning bit of Einstein's cell service couldn't heal
