On March 4-5, 1988, The Federalist Society's University of Virginia student chapter hosted the National Student Symposium in Charlottesville, Virginia. With or without a mask or vax!

In other words, a private business that serves the general public is obliged to serve the people equally and without discrimination- a specified Federal constitutional immunity that US citizens enjoy and are guaranteed by the Federal govt.
