That build is a little wrong. You should build thunderbelt as your first item, so you can start stacking as soon as possible. The more stacks you get, the more attack power you will have when you ult.

Also, instead of Athena’s shield you should build radiant armor. It’s passive raises your def the longer you get hit with magic attacks, that means more attack in ult form. At full stacks at level 15 radiant turns turns into 560 attack! That’s not a typo. 560! It will let you melt people easily.

Instead of immortality I would build blade armor, that’s another 245 attack when you ult too.

And the last thing is, sometimes it’s better to build feather of heaven instead of starlium scythe, bc it works together with her ult’s passive really well. Feather of heaven makes each basic attack do an 50 + 30% of your TOTAL magic attack power as extra damage each basic attack. On top of the added attack speed, and added to all of the things I listed above, it really lets you kill multiple people in team fights instead of starliums passive only hitting once after a skill every 3 seconds

You forgot about her gauge bar (the grey below her hp) always make sure its charged before you enter ulti mode for more attack speed and life steal.

When setting you can also do:

Skill 1 (before skill 1 ends there is a small delay use flicker fast)-flicker-skill2

Instead of the usual skill 2- skill 1 (best for pursuit)

You can just build her full tank as she is HP base reliant (as well as her damage. The more hp the more damage her ulti is)
