Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado
Approximately 2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup yogurt
1 teaspoon baking powder (2 g)

For topping:
Milk*
Your favorite spices and seeds.

Mash the avocado. Add the yogurt, flour and baking powder and mix until a soft but non-sticky dough is formed. Add the flour little by little. The amount of flour may vary depending on the size of the avocado. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll the dough and shape it. Brush with milk and sprinkle with the spice and seed mixture. Bake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for approximately 20 minutes.

*The milk we will put on it is for the dough to brown better and to hold the spices and seeds we will add on it.
