If you use " Controlled Exhaust-Makeup Air, you can add cooling to the space and lower the net temp on ALL gear if you get all the maths right on said equipment. Yes its costs electricity, and yes its worth it.

I never seem to be able to get stability with my core voltage as low as some other people, but on SMOS with R Mode I was able to make adjustments and drop about 10% total power consumption on my (6) 5700xt + (1) 5600xt rig. It has been stable with 1 restart in the past week. May be the less aggressive core is helping?

I run R-Mode on half my farm and I haven’t had an issue yet, but I also run my settings on medium rather than maximum. Just to give you idea i get like 1 invalid share per 3 months.

I have seven 5700 XT’s and I have it in R mode at 51 m/h I’ve never bios modded them Each one runs around 80 Watts plus or minus 1 or 2 Watts
And that’s in hiveOS I do get GPU dead detected but it still runs like clockwork The settings are in order going down and HiveOS 1025, 665, 800, 900, 1300 and no PL. , hope this helps anyone

I just had to keep raising the core and core voltage until I stopped getting lock-ups or reboots caused by that card
