My nails are very fragile so i just use pusher to clean cuticles and wipe with alcohol than do use . It is perfectly fine nearly 2 or 3 weeks with keeping healthy condition of thin nails.
Also do not put too much gel nail once, it will burn 🔥 and painfully damaging fragile nails so small amounts and step by step
