What kv motor did you go with? I have a hobbywing max6 esc in my maxx on the stock motor. Jus doing the esc swap woke the truck up more. Wanna new motor as well jus not sure what kv I wanna go with

its a 6s Just use a 6s Battery Problem Fixed Just my Thought

i couldn't imagine getting rid of the stock battery holding system, that is one of the major benefits to this rig and all traxxas IMO!!

It is the 1515 motor and it is awesome in the Maxx.

thanks for making the video, I am planning on doing this same esc+motor mod. but dear god, and please don't take this a wrong way. How do you do anything with those long finger nails. I would be going crazy!!

I like to do that mod where you dremmel a couple slots into the chassis. and then i just use amazon velcro straps. its mint
