It's especially inspiring that you did not give up in overwhelm at the clutter early on especially with the children's toys and general amount of "stuff" but rather kept at it over time, and adapting their needs and their environment as they grew up. This is such a gorgeous room! I really appreciate that you let your children express themselves by having treasures and art work and toys 🙂Organization is so important for a healthy home and family but I've seen it go too far. Minimalism is a fine virtue but if a child can't put up artwork or have a rock collection, we've stifled childhood for cleanliness. It's wonderful that you've taught your children they can have both by decluttering when bins get too full so they can keep enjoying memories that will last forever ❤

My boys room is a whole "clutter spot!" Lol. I liked how you talked about sorting by category, I do notice everything gets dumped out of there toy boxes on a daily basis...usually numerous times a day! Great video. I like the hooks you placed on the door. I think I'll use that idea for re-wear clothes. I never know where to put the clothes that are not too dirty to wear again but don't need to be back amongst the clean clothes. They end up hanging on the dollhouse or headboard and make the room look cluttered.
