I was 270lbs before I realized I needed to do something and that was almost 8 months ago. I am now 216lbs even if it feels slow just keep going! My goal is to reach around 180-190 and as a fyi I'm 6ft 3in.

October 2021 I was 264, now in September 2022 I am 193. It has been a long, difficult road but we finally broke that 200 mark. Not done yet though, now that I have the good habits, let’s keep going!

I think every person who’s gained weight has a moment like this. My normal body weight is around 205-210 pounds then covid and depression hit. Gained some weight, stepped on a scale I was 225, little heavy but I’ll shed it quick. Few months go by I step on it again and I’m 250. That was a year ago and I’m back to 205, new career I love, and a great relationship. It’s all about doing the things you DONT want to do

I was a right tackle so I got to just about 340lbs. That was 3 yrs ago. Worst I’ve ever felt, my inflammation was out of control and my body just couldn’t take it. Don’t let yourself get to that point, even if it’s just walking everyday you will feel better in a month than not doin anything.

I was 310 lbs last year and I managed to drop to 260 flat within a year, didn’t make any huge changes either I just made sure to burn more calories than I was taking in, it’s very achievable! :)

I was at 225 ~ 230 then I worked out for about 7 months straight with a strict diet and got down to 159. It took a lot of dedication and no days off, but it happened.

I use to weigh 265. Now Im at 172. I like my body now even if I’m technically overweight. As long as you’re comfortable with yourself and aren’t not putting your health at risk… you’re at the correct weight.

I hit my maximum of 225lbs (at 5'11) this summer and realized changes are needed. Spent a month churning on that thought then drastically changed my diet and started running. Now two and a half months in my program I got to 175lbs and feeling great! Stay committed and results will come!

I hit 270 as a long haul trucker. Climbing into the truck winded me. Then I went to visit my parents. They left to go grocery shopping and I went to use the toilet. Passed out on it for a good 2 hours only waking up to them coming back into the needless to say I had to do something.

That's exactly what happened with me. My fake heaviest was 230, but when I started seeing 240s and 245s I knew I needed to cut back. Last couple of months, with healthy habits I've been losing weight naturally, and am back down to my starting range. Hoping to start shaving off of that and make a NEW goal range to be in.
