You know as a person who doesn't watch Ninja 's videos but see's his videos commonly around YouTube and finding out he's diagnosed with a deadly cancer is honestly very upsetting. Although I don't watch him, I really hope he can fight through this horrible disease and continue his career as a YouTuber. Ninja hope you get better.

He’s really lucky to have found it early, my grandma had cancer diagnosed when she was already in 4th stage, they expected her to live for 5 years, but she survived beyond that, she survived for 17 long years since 2007 and passed away in January. R.I.P

I have much optimism for Ninja. He is a legend and always will be. Ninja's cancer was also caught in the early stages, so I do believe he will get through it with our support. Let us all pray for this legend.

Checkups save lives 100%. My father had pains in his hip and went in for a checkup and told his doctor about it. He ended up having stage 2 colon cancer. We caught it early enough to remove the tumour and have him live. At the time of this comment my father is still in the hospital after his surgery. I am grateful for the fact that we have the technology today to cure stuff like this. I realize that they're not the same kind of cancer, but no matter what they are both cancer, and no matter what it's a horrible thing.I hope that ninja caught it early enough.
Edit: my father has made it out of the hospital and is on the road to recovery. he is fine but exhausted. I am thankful that everything has went well so far

For anyone who needs comfort, I believe Ninja will be just fine. I am studying to be a Medical Imageist/ radiologist and I can provide evidence to help relieve some stress. Dermatologist is a skin doctor and melanoma is a cancerous tumor of the skin(skin cancer). If found in an early stage it is easily removed from the body and shouldn’t have had time to spread throughout the body. This doesn’t mean he is completely cured it can come back but is prevented by wearing proper protection from the sun while outside. My mom was diagnosed with skin cancer four years ago and they removed the tumor and she is cancer free as of now because she wears protective gear while in the sun. I am not a doctor yet so don’t take me as a 100% doctor, I just want to provide some comfort for Ninja’s fans and family.

Prayers for him and his family. I know how it is to have someone you love have cancer. My eldest cousin passed away due to melanoma cancer back in 2017. This was a few months after my grandfather passed. We caught it in stage 3, which means it is in the body and is very hard to treat. We had hope for a while because he was announced cancer free on July 4th, 2017. The cancer came back and he passed just 2 months later on September 5th, 2017. He was only 20 years old.
