With so many people ordering online due to the coronavirus pandemic, and the pandemic keeping loved ones apart this year, holiday gifts are being sent via snail mail in numbers never seen before. But getting packages to their destinations can become complicated, especially when massive winter storms batter the east. Inside Edition put package services to the test to answer that very question by sending a package for overnight delivery from New York City to Los Angeles via USPS, FedEx and UPS. #InsideEdition

As someone who has used Usps, fedex, and ups many times to ship items I’ve sold, Usps has always been the cheapest and most reliable method of shipping.

My husband (who has worked for ups for 19 years) says that UPS should refund the money, as it supposed to be delivered in the morning, and is priority for the drivers on their route.

USPS 1-day is the only service USPS guarantees. If you don’t get it in the 1-day expected delivery window they will refund your money back, so hence the importance they treat those packages with extra care! Everything else at the Post Office they don’t guarantee. And Big Companies get massive discounts on UPS & FedEx packages so they ship that for around the same rate of $50 instead of $150 the public pays at the overpriced store

Ups, FedEx, USPS and any other Delivery providers Thank You!! I see you driving at 7:30am when I go to work, I see you from my office window up and down the street. I leave at 5pm and I see the same delivery people delivering none stop. I even see you delivering from my house up and down my street until I go to bed at 9pm. Thank you for delivering even though we’re in this pandemic exposing yourselves. Thank you for trying your best to deliver everything on time, sorry you can’t control the weather, or this pandemic just so people can all have their packages on time. Sorry that everything is hectic and that they blame you for packages not arriving on time, because once again we don’t think of the weather or any other inconvenience that come across your paths.
