Synopsis: In this Michael Crichton adaptation, Tom Sanders (Michael Douglas) is a senior executive at a cutting-edge technology corporation on the verge of releasing an innovative new product. Sanders' boss, Bob Galvin (Donald Sutherland), is putting the final touches on a potentially lucrative merger and everything is in order for Tom until a vamp from his past, Meredith Johnson (Demi Moore), swoops in, stealing his impending promotion and then -- doubling down -- suing him for sexual harassment.

Every movie that Michael Douglas plays in he always has his luck with women who are femme fatales. First Fatal Attraction with Glenn Close in 87, Basic Instinct in 92 with Sharon Stone and now later in 94, its Disclosure with Demi Moore

The thing I really don't understand about this movie is the changes that Meredith authorized at the Malaysian plant were done before she was hired as VP at Digicom right?... Douglas had no idea it was happening behind his back

Were the HR manager, Garvin, Arthur in Malaysia, and Demi setting up Douglas the entire time, even before the sexual harassment incident??

The changes at the plant were creating fabrication problems and major delays with the cd-rom drives, which were Douglas's responsibility

Were they planning to fire him for incompetence all along after the merger was complete?

If so, why? Why did Garvin want Douglas out of the company so badly?

I don't understand why Douglas's character was a target for firing

Demi Moore wasn't bad in this and Demi Moore was in her prime with Ghost in 1990 and then she did Tales From The Crypt and Disclosure wasn't bad. I read the book.
