I'm kind of surprised that Tartini isn't on this list

Сегодня я проснулся, чувствуя себя немного не в своей тарелке, и этот плейлист классической музыки был идеальной музыкой, которая вдохновила бы меня на мои академические занятия! 😉👍

There is something philosophically profound in the fact that much of the greatest music dedicated to the most vile creature among creation - such as Tartini's Devil's Trill Sonata - is actually really very beautiful. Even the conception of Satan himself as not an equal and opposite force to the greatest Good, but rather a fallen member among the angels - creatures created for the good, but who are never equal in power to God - is very telling. Evil is never quite so powerful as when it abuses the power of something good. Temptation was never quite so strong as when it came from a former angel. The path to our silent destruction was never quite so dangerous as when it enticed us with beautiful music. This is a belief held by philosophers such as Plato and St. Augustine of Hippo, who told that pure evil is actually not an existent opposing force to good, but rather a non-existent lack of good, just as a shadow is a non-existent lack of light. Pure evil itself cannot actually exist; only pure good. But corrupted good can most certainly exist; and corrupted good is what we call evil.
Here comes the caution of this, friends; we never pursue something which is evil knowing full well that it is evil. Any one of us who will pursue something evil will first be convinced that it is a perfectly good end achieved by perfectly good means or - most tellingly - a perfectly good end achieved by "Necessarily evil" means. It may be a glorious, desirable, and even good thing to rein; but to rein in H*ll at the sacrifice of serving in Heaven should never even be considered. We may find evil things fascinating or enticing, but that is only because that which is fascinating or enticing about them is something good which has been corrupted. Satan has only ever enticed a soul into the destruction of evil by ruining the treasures of Heaven; it is for no small reason that we must, therefore, always be on guard when we are seeking the true, good and beautiful. Fallen creatures often fail to realize it is only corrupted beauty until it is too late.

I put this on for my evil dnd campaign when my players conquered the last bastion of hope for the light, I gave them a narration of the city burning and chaos unfolding orchestrated by their ingenious siege tactics. I gave myself goosebumps lol
