Great job Brandon! Im a huge fan of these included annex rooms that pretty much double the living space🙌🏻

Is there any way you could get to the fridge from the inside? Like is there a hatch under the lower bunk mattress, so you could reach in there? Or would it be reasonable add a hatch there as a mod?

Now just need to figure out a way to ditch the bunks and make a counter space like the OBI. Love the OBI floor plan but we’re going with MDC because of the higher quality. For us couples, we don’t need the bunks! Having that extra counter space would be WAY more convenient.

So... a couple questions.

Does the roof have a manual lift in the event that there's no power?

Also, are there any ways to secure the fold out section and lock it down. While I understand that any RV is vulnerable to a break-in, it just seems that anyone could unlatch those panels and enter the trailer without much effort and without any damage to the RV.

Thank you!

Looks like a great rig. We have an Obi Dweller.
Keep in mind folks. Anybody looking into purchasing a trailer of this type. You will have better parts accessibility through Mdc by far more than Obi in Arizona. Mdc has a warehouse in California with parts. Where Obi in Arizona is a huge hassle to deal with. I have been waiting 6 months to order a warrantied part with Obi and nothing but excuses. While I reached out to Mdc, because Obi and Mdc trailers are similar. Guess what ? Mdc has the parts and in stock. Point of the matter is. I have better luck ordering parts from a different manufacturer than the dorks I purchased through at Obi. Mdc, seems to be much more professionally ran than Obi. Love our Dweller but hate their after sale support because it is virtually non existent. Obi, rarely answers their phone along with really vague email answers. If I where to do over again with the knowledge I have. I would have purchased an Mdc...

The problem with MDC trailers is the low amount of cargo weight. You take the dry weight + water/grey, you are about to go over the Gross.

Thank you for the video. So, could you please tell us how tall you are? I'm a single female and I'm 5'4" tall. This looks great, but if you're 6' tall, I wouldn't be able to set this up without a ladder. Just something to keep in mind when you are showing how to set up the outside.

Tragic thermostat placement, right next to the heater output? Still love the camper overall.

MDC in general are specing thier US rigs with more expensive componets in the 2024 models. Are they overpriced imho maybe maybe just a little on an msrp level but is that what they are really sold for. MDC has to make a profit or they wont be around to warranty them or provide parts. If these 24 units are out of your budget wait a year and buy an older model

I wish someone would make a floorplan with a dry bath and no kitchen. Not a fan of cooking in a small trailer. Microwave and a fridge at most is all that is needed.

The double kitchens seems like a real waste of space. I think this could have been done so much better.
