Before Spectre, I haven't had so much fun watching a pre-opening credits sequence till this film. That is a high complement! It's good having Bond films fun again!

This reminds me of Skyfall's whole thing about the debate between modern computer-based espionage and the more old fashioned methods of gathering intelligence - that exchange "sometimes a trigger needs to be pulled" "Or not pulled. Difficult to tell when you're sitting in front of your laptop" especially, given that in this clip they missed a set of nuclear missiles simply because someone parked their car in front of them

This movie has an uncanny similiarity to CNN.

So they have the technology for a live feed from the missile to MI6 but not to abort it from a ship at close range where the live stream must be going back to.
