hi do correct me if im wrong but shouldnt your year 0 be cash flow rather than year 1

I got 25, 200.82 as the solution not 23, 774, how I did it is i got the internet rate by doing .095-.06 divided that solution by 1.06 got the interest rate and plugged everything else into my calculator
