US presidential candidates Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are at odds over their first head-to-head debate, with each in favour of a different broadcaster and date. The Harris campaign is pushing for a debate to take place on ABC News on 10 September, in a slot previously scheduled for a debate between President Joe Biden and Mr Trump. But Mr Trump says the ABC debate has been "terminated" by Mr Biden leaving the race - and has instead pushed for himself and Ms Harris to debate on Fox News on 4 September. The pair will face off for the presidency when the US goes to the polls on 5 November. The disagreement began after President Biden dropped out of the race on 21 July, with Ms Harris immediately becoming favourite to secure the Democratic nomination.

Yes, Kamala’s infamous cackle is the ultimate space holder, it distracts, it even offends and she feels clever thinking she has redirected and expressed humor that she feels shows that she’s cavalier and unbothered. But that grimace and crow like hacking sounds that accompanies her “laugh” assures us that she is feeling very insecure, nervous and well, scared. .

I think she laughs because she thinks people are fools and she can butter them up, schmooze them. Its so phony.

“I care about what’s happening at the border”, while shaking her head “No” 🤔

Kamala is being sarcastic when she says, “I haven’t been to Europe either.” Thats so telling to her attitude.

She is nodding "no" when she says "I care about the border" then switches to affirmative nod when saying I am in Guatemala.

I know this can't be compared to an actual debate but I do appreciate the tips into observing body language!

I think she laughs because she isn't confident or nervous cause she doesn't believe what she says.

Unlike Kamala’s interview, Trump was at a timed debate. He had 1-2 minutes, You can’t expect him to go through details.

Kamala said she’d never been to Europe and LAUGHED like it was funny. It wasn’t funny. It actually made me mad. Just laughing in our faces.

The topic isnt about whether shes been to Europe so why bring it up. She only makes herself sound like a nitwit.

Then she’ll be visiting 120 countries to find the causes and do what? Give them more tax payer money. Can’t stand her.

I think the reason he doesn’t finish every word is that he thinks very fast and we know what he’s saying .

I find it interesting that none of you will call her Vice President Harris.

I am *stunned* that Harris would say, "I've never been to Europe." That's bad enough - but you know what's worse? That she's never *been* to Europe! How is that even possible? How can someone who hasn't even been to Europe - and this is a lawyer, the daughter of a doctor and a professor - consider themselves qualified to represent the United States to the world? The first thought that came to mind was, "Where *else* haven't you been?" I can't make a good logical argument for why it seems so odd - maybe she's wildly well-travelled through Asia and South American (though I doubt it) - but it just seems, what's the word - sheltered?

And she *handed* that fact it to the public. It's like saying, "You're right - I haven't been to the border (I don't have that firsthand experience) - and that's not all, let me list all the other ways in which I'm lacking the knowledge I should probably have..."

She double talks and lies so much it’s hard to pin down what she is trying to convey.

She should have just said, “ yes I intend to go to the border and have not yet went to the border. I am concerned about illegal immigration. It’s costing tax payers dollars and costing lives.”

She behave like first grade child making faces toward Trump.

Trump was not asked why he feels like he does about the election. He might answer the number of deceased that voted or why the ppl chosen to be vote watchers were thrown out. Etc etc etc
