I have been resisting the urge to comment but as Rowans mum it does upset me when people question whether he is having a childhood. He is having a wonderful childhood, he loves training with his dad, he plays rugby, plays guitar and drums, loves animals, plays with his friends. He isn’t the sort of child to play video games. He wants to be busy. We are always out together as a family doing nice things. Please don’t ever question his childhood. He is the most driven and determined child I have ever met. It’s just in him to want to do well. His dream is to play Rugby professionally, the world is his oyster.

Don’t get me wrong this is very impressive. But something about seeing a 10 year old eating a strict 3000 calories a day and going to the gym 4 times a week is a bit concerning to me. If he loves it then great, but surely just let 10 year olds be 10 year olds.

I can’t even imagine Rowan’s discipline, dedication and impressive strength of him, he’s gonna have a bright future ahead of him and hopefully he doesn’t listens to those sheeps who are judging by his lifestyle 💯

I go to the same gym as this kid so i was really suprised to see him on here! never knew how strong he actually was and also a shock to see where i train on one of my favourite youtube channels! I've talked to his dad before, he seems like quite a nice guy but he can be very strict on his son making sure he trains enough.

I am not trying to be that guy, but from my experience, kids like that almost always come from a parent, or both parents, that live their dream through him. Hope he is happy too, he is still a child:)

Is very awesome, I think like any professional this kid has a love for what he does and u can see that by how happy he is in gym and comps and winning. I agree with everyone that important to live life as a kid but there’s also a reality if u wanna compete and that means needing a level of regime which will serve kid well later in life. Awesome vid as always 💪

Every concerned for this kid should turn their heads to parents feeding their kids fast food and tv at 10. This kid will thrive.

I have an friend like this guy but he's around 13years.and he lift 120kg on deadlift, 60kg on bench and finally 100kg on squat and he is the strongest kid in my city

People criticising this saying let him be a kid yet would have no problem with him in football training 8hrs a day or playing piano all day. If he enjoys it, let him, don’t dictate what he should do so he’ll grow up a copy of what you wanted to be, usually a footballer 🤦🏾
