You are so right Jive, we must take care of ourselves, by eating healthy, we must stop eating everything we want, eating all these foods that turns to sugar is very bad for your health, my doctor told me that all that food that turns to sugar feeds cancer, so we must do what I'm doing, and that is eat meat, not fried and veggies, I'm not overweight, but I'm a diabetic, so I'm trying to get rid of this diabetes by exercising and eating more healthy, being overweight is negative my people, let's eat right and get this weight down and live... great job Jive breaking everything down

I was shocked to see that she passed on. The Pace sisters are a TRUE examples of what true men & women of God should be. even though I don’t have NOTHING nice to say about the COGIC as a denomination it’s not about the church “building”, but about the person “their soul” and they really LOVED the Lord. It just hurts to see them leaving so early

I truly LOVE the pace sisters.... lashun and duranice have really got me thru some hard times. But yes we must address black health crisis and preventable diseases like hypertension, diabetes, strokes, and obesity. I really pray for the family and I know lashun was saved for real, so we don't have to worry about that. Rip and long live the queen. She inspired so many....especially Tyler perry. Let's just uplift the family and the body of christ

She is woman who has beyond the death of her daughter; NOT THAT SHE SHOULD; I'm just saying that was a grief that began to take her down over these past 25+ years. I was there and THAT took her out long ago. :(
