Common sense. His weight broke the restraint, combined with the gravity/g forces from the fall. he was 300 plus lbs! and 6 ft 2.

Notice how the employees worked at night and they seemed kinda young. All they probably did was a walk around and got it going.

Won’t the harness lock no matter the height at which the rider sets it? Not every person riding is going to be able to have it closed at the same height.

This is such a sad situation/a very sad story, etc. My ❤️ heartfelt condolences to his loved ones... I no longer care for or care to ride scary rides, etc.
