This fanfare is basically a slightly different version of the Shrek theme. That’s amazing.

Despite DreamWorks Animation becoming its own separate studio in 2004, this film, along with Shark Tale, Madagascar, and Wallace & Gromit: the Curse of the Were-Rabbit were still distributed by DreamWorks Pictures.

I really miss this old DreamWorks Animation logo so much, With a daytime look. With beautiful colorful letters, And the boy getting up on the moon with balloons😌

This logo with fanfare was used on, Shrek 2, Shark Tale (Animation SKG + Custom Shark Tale variant - full fanfare retained), Shrek the Third (later variant), Bee Movie (later + Custom Bee Movie variant - full fanfare retained), Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa (fanfare cut off due to Custom Variant) and Monsters vs Aliens (fanfare also cut off due to Custom Variant)

If your a late millenial or an early gen z person, then you must remember this logo. Perhaps my favourite out of all logos. 2nd place is 2010-2019, 3rd 1997 one and last one is the current one
