Yesss honestly all it really is, is repetition of thoughts. I noticed I kept telling myself “sheesh I’m so bored” all the time, realized I created that state. So I instantly changed it and thought the opposite. Now, I’m having brand new activities show up! Picnic dates, clubs, etc- just by switching the thought. It’s easy when you simplify it
