that's so upsetting to hear that pediatricians get paid less than adult doctors like what the heck? they do the exact same job! you could even argue that pediatrics should be paid more because of all the unique challenges that come with younger patients :/

When I small, about 5 years old, I think, I had to have a minor surgery. Sometime after getting out of the OR, some adult asked me, _“So where did YOU get operated on?”_ I said, _“In the kitchen.”_

I am also a med student and my aim is to become pediatrician. But all the time people say that pediatrician are not payed that much they do not earn good money . You are doing pediatric residency please can u answer my question 🙂

I want to try pediatrics but I’m really bad at speaking with people and especially having to counsel and comfort parents and families sounds scary 😢 I’m an introvert
