Several years ago while taking a group of students, from Connecticut to Washington DC, I had the "pleasure" of meeting Rosa Delauro in person. While awaiting our Congressman, Rob Simmons R-2nd CT, we were asked to wait across the street from the steps of Congress. This is where the "wack job" had set up a podium for an impromptu press conference. She started berating the students, yelling at them and telling them to move away from the area. Students from her own state were subjected to her tirade and left with the impression that she was truly a pompous a__!
