I totally agree!! since the engagement she has gotten more glowy and beautiful!!! By far, the best thing about Fleur in my opinion, is that she uses makeup as an enhancement to her beauty. She doesn't use it as a "mask" like some do. She does have better skin than most of us and she never hides that. She takes her blank canvas and sort of brightens it and adds a bit more hint of color. The amazing color of her eyes is I think her focal point.
