How about burning the trash in a closed system then pump all of the toxic gas into a rocket then put all of the remaining sludge and ash Into a separate rocket which should weigh significantly less than before it was burned and you'll be able to pack more in per rocket since it's sludge and Ash which is moldable unlike random plastics and medals and other things
