I have a redmi note 5 pro and when I got it, it had great battery life and slowly they started updating it and it became worse and worse until they messed up the battery calibration
I had to use a custom ROM because of that and it doesn't have the best battery life but still better than miui

Only 10 mins between the 7T and regular 7, that's pretty good I had fantastic battery life with my 7 if the 7T is roughly on par with the 90hz display that's good going
