There are many different ways to make your own edge banding. As you know by now I'm a full-fledged tracksaw fanboy so I like to see all the ways I can use it. Using my TSO parallel guides I was able to make some edgebanding safely and consistently.

Hi there can I ask you something please. I am just wondering if I used like you parallel guides and even a rail square with my track saw do I really need a MFT top to serve the same purpose for your perfect 90 degree cuts? In other words i want to save money without overlapping the tools i want to buy. what do you think if you had a choice of one or the other?

Am I missing something or could you saw your strips from the other side of the board and not have to reset the guides after every cut? Would be quicker, easier, and more consistent.
