Both times I went to Canada, I felt so nervous with all the questions they were asking me haha 😄. It's a very beautiful country but your authorities can be scary Canada.

It’s easier to cross a border when you can coherently explain where you want to go: “just that park where you’re not really in Canada you know?”

As a European I find it so weird how serious border guards are on the US - Canadian border, especially considering how close the two countries are socially.
In Europe there are no border checks, the next country is usually just a small sign stating the name of the country. Otherwise it is just a normal highway, no guards, no stopping, no showing documentation, nothing.
