I bought one today. Headphones are dead out of the box. They pair no problem but not a bit of sound.

Hello, I am a visually impaired person and I like to metal detect, but I have a slight problem with seeing the screen and the buttons. I need your help too describe an assign the buttons.
For example, where is the iron audio placed and where is the mode channel placed and how many times should I press the button to get certain customisation?
For example, press three times to get to the zero mode press two times to get to the all metal mode.
Sorry for the long explanation and I am willing to pay you for your trouble.

Just got the new AT Max. I'm trying to loosen the upper camlock to take it off as shown in order to be able to connect it to the S stem, but I'm unable to loosen it to the point of being able to remove it. Is this a common assembly problem? Could the upper camlock be badly designed, faulty or something else? Am I missing something? Very frustrating. I don't want to break the upper camlock just merely for the sake of removing it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Got mine last week took it out this weekend (1-27-19) and am having problems with the signals (VDI) being all over the map. A rusty nail 4" deep goes from 20-48-69-83. Just walking around it does every target it hits the same number crazy. It does not seem to settle into a niche. How can I stop this? I was deep in woods not towers, electrical lines or cell phones nearby.

I’ve had my at max for about two months now I’m really disappointed in it I don’t know if something is wrong with it or it’s just not that great I have a whites spectrum and I wish I would have stayed with whites could you help me with some suggestions thanks

I never see anyone demonstrates how Deep any metal detector could detect. Dig a trench, drill holes in intervals of 1-10 inches if not deeper. Placing objects in each hole to prove to buyers how deep on average the Garrett's metal detectors detect, not just buy word of mouth or the buyer giving it a shot in the dark. With the cost of metal detectors, we deserve some proof like that, not just everyday usage or metal detecting.
