My seminars don't teach 'movement'....they teach one how to acquire MOBILITY which is directly proportional to movement potential. The term mobility is very poorly understood in the mainstream...often being confused with 'flexibility.' These terms are NOT synonyms. Flexibility is the ability to PASSIVELY achieve a range of motion...mobility, the ability to ACTIVELY control a range. Contrary to popular belief, mobility cannot be acquired by stretching with bands, rolling on foam rollers, stretching, holding postures, etc.....it takes specific training technique application as per the RESEARCH....
