This is no surprise, He is a Military Non Commissioned Officer in the Turkey Army.
In the military advance shooters & snipers are taught to shoot with both eyes open. It is how I was taught as a sharpshooter.
We shoot with both eyes open for how you say "clear view of sight" "full screen" type. You center the sights and the target together the sights will naturally align with whatever you are aiming at.

We do this at the range that way we can see other targets around popping up and to switch our aim with ease.

The rest is all posture, breathing, keeping a calm flow of air and squeezing the trigger.

From the way he shot I knew he was either Ex Military, Police, or Hitman.

Not to mention he has been competing for years, he is the master of his trade

I find the viral focus on him over summer to be pretty interesting. Sure, it's a flash in the pan and many will forget soon, but the fact that this guy appealed to so many makes me wonder if humans are getting tired of OTT people these days and crave some 'regular' types from time to time.
