This is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom single story, easy play family home. The home features an open concept kitchen/Living/dining area, infinity pool and deck with BBQ area.

This was built on Pique Hearth in Willow Creek .

All my builds are play tested, the beds, sinks, and computer desk with book case all function. I use nocc art from The Sims 4 gallery and the T.O.O.L mod.

Автор явно недооценен, заслуживает намного больше подписчиков и лайков. Отличная работа, дом с участком получились невероятно реалистичными, даже не верится, что это все в игре. Дом прекрасен как внутренне, так и снаружи. Каждая деталька, почти незаметная и маленькая добавляет уют, что естественно является плюсом. Обзор в конце видео с симами очень милый и семейный🥺
