Is the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building open again for viewing? It was closed a few weeks ago.

Skytree is so overrated. It's a money pit. Everything is over priced - especially any snacks/food in the area.

Tokyo Tower is old school, and actually has some history and heritage.

But this Tokyo Met Gov building is new to me. I didn't know about it last time I was in Japan. Hopefully, I can go in a few weeks. I can't wait!
