Vanessa people in US speak not only fast but also in slang and with different accents. That's the difficult not only in US but also at the places with English speakers. You have the perfect American accent I have ever heard. I like your videos.

I think the biggest challenge in listening is knowing :
1_ the American idioms and expressions
2_ important shortcut in words like(i'mma, gonna, wadja,gedup, ain't, etc)
3_ the American pronounce in some letters specially (t, r, d, etc)

In my opinion if u know most of them i think you'll understand 70% of any conversation and 30% depend on your vocabulary
