ES-LTR TermStatQuery

A quick overview of the TermStatQuery added to the Elasticsearch Learning to Rank plugin in 2020. This new query provides users with the ability to retrieve term statistics and position offsets for matching terms. With support for Lucene expressions and the Painless scripting context, users are now able to craft custom formulas without needing to modify the underlying plugin code.
