How to play multiple videos in VLC media player

Do you happen to know how to keep the VLC player windows the same size when repeating each video over and over ? When the VLC player repeat a video it also resizes the window to full size when restarting. This means that all other VLC player windows get under it...

Sir mai videos select karke play nahi kr sakta....Ek video khatam hone ke bad muze dusari lagani padti hai....Select karke play selected kiya to "this application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" aisa error aa raha hai....Aisa q sir?

I use to have a multiscreen in one window to import a video and it dissapears and now it only shows on video in a large window. I want my controls back to edit the ideo in one screen with the import bar know how to do that?
