Churro Cheesecake recipe
4 cans of croissants
2 cups of sour cream
4 8oz of cream cheese
1 can condensed milk
2 can of evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 TB of vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients in a blender

Baked croissants at the bottom of the pan for 5 or 10 minutes

Topping
Nutella
Chopped Strawberries
Condensed milk
